The Intra-Office Lending Library

The idea for DVD Exchange surfaced as a result of borrowing and lending many DVDs throughout the office. It was easy to lose track of who had what. The 'exchange' was birthed in an effort to consolidate this information, as well as providing a means of feedback about the movies and the lenders themselves.

What does it actually do?
The DVD Exchange allows users to sign up as members and list their DVD collections. Members can search/browse the DVDs and checkout at will. Checkouts and returns are aided through email notification. Members can rate and review the DVDs they have watched as well as rating and reviewing other members.

How does it work?

How can I run it?
The source code can be browsed on the cvsweb. Check out the readme included at the top-level of the source for installation/setup instructions.
